The Day That Flu By

I swallowed broken glass this morning. Or maybe it was last night. I don’t actually remember doing it, but my throat is sore and that’s the only explanation I can think of. I’m not sure why I did it, but it’s not all that bad, really. It’s always fun to communicate through pantomime. Swallowing, though, is interesting.

For some reason, the inn starts spinning whenever I stand up. I’ll have to ask Lif about that. Like, how does the inn know when I stand up? How does it spin and wiggle? It must be some mechanism in the basement. I need to investigate!

The fireplace is also being mischievous. However high the flames are, the room swings back and forth between boiling and freezing. That’s a trick I’d like to learn. It seems like it could come in handy.

Ooops! There goes the inn spinning again. I think I’ll lie down until I can talk to Lif. Well, until I can pantomime with him. Or something.
